2 lbs fish fillet (steamed)
2 heaping tbs mayo
2 tbs Dijon mustard
1 tsp old bay
2 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup chopped green onion
1 cup green pepper
2 cups Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
2 tsp crushed red pepper (optional)
Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Make 1 1/2" patties and either bake at 350 in a buttered baking dish for 15-20 minutes or pan fry until golden brown. Serve with homemade tarter sauce.
